Welcome to use the Model WG5080-K1 Diamond Wheel Dressing Machine manufactured by Nanjing Weigao. Servo motors control the grinding head processing process, and the machine adopts variable programming to perform automatic dressing cycles by inputting working parameters, making the operation extremely simple and practical.

The system program allows arbitrary mechanical adjustment of dressing speed, workpiece spindle speed (for diamond wheels), and dressing wheel spindle speed, enabling optimal dressing conditions for diamond wheels.

The machine bed and mechanical components are made of cast iron, with linear drive parts using high-precision linear guides and ball screws, ensuring long-term precision and stability. The workpiece spindle head uses high-precision spindles and NSK (Japan) bearings, guaranteeing spindle accuracy of 0~5μm. This enables high-precision dressing of the outer circle, flat face (end face), and inclined face (angle) of diamond wheels. It is suitable for industries including grinding wheel manufacturers and CNC tool grinding plants.
