This machine is suitable for face relieving of indexing tools such as straight-fluted hobs and form cutters. This model adopts a self-developed 2-axis CNC system with a Chinese interface. The entire relieving process is controlled by servo motors, and relieving programs for different tools can be edited, stored, and recalled. The machine tool program adopts variable programming, allowing users to save and recall programs for different tools. Operators only need to input corresponding variables without additional programming, enabling fully automatic grinding cycles by entering working parameters. It is extremely simple and practical to operate, thus featuring both cost-effectiveness and high efficiency, and is especially favored by owners of small and medium-sized enterprises.
