1. Product Description
Welcome to the WG350-II automatic circular knife grinding machine manufactured by Nanjing Weigao. The grinding process is automatically controlled by a PLC system, with variable-frequency adjustable feed speed. The machine bed and components are made of cast iron with precision processing. Transmission parts adopt high-precision linear guideways and ball screws, ensuring grinding accuracy and long-term stability. The cutter head spindle box uses a high-precision spindle and NSK bearings (Japan). The fitting accuracy between the spindle and core shaft fixture is approximately 0.01 mm.
This machine can sharpen the cutting edges of various circular blades, including top knives, bottom knives, slitting knives, bed knives, and flat knives. It is widely used in papermaking, printing, textile, fiber, and other industries.
Customization is available according to customer requirements.
