1. Product Introduction
Welcome to the M2630-K2 CNC pelletizer hob grinding machine manufactured by Nanjing Weigao. This machine is suitable for sharpening the rake faces of indexing cutters such as straight-flute hobs and formed milling cutters.
It adopts an independently developed two-axis CNC system with a Chinese interface. The entire grinding process is controlled by servo motors. The machine working program uses variable programming, which can edit, store and recall different cutter grinding programs. The operator only needs to input corresponding variable data to perform a fully automatic grinding cycle. The operation is simple, practical, easy to learn and master, and can be quickly operated by ordinary workers.

- The machine bed and main structural parts are made of high-strength high-quality cast iron, stress-relieved by effective aging treatment to enhance stability, reduce vibration, and ensure high precision during cutter sharpening.
- Castings are analyzed by finite element method (FEM), with reasonable structural strength and rib arrangement for high mechanical rigidity.
- Extra-wide base and column adopt box-type structure; the saddle is widened and lengthened with heavy-load full-support design, ensuring solid structure and heavy cutting capacity.
- The machine adopts oil-water separation design, effectively separating lubricating oil from cutting fluid to prevent fluid deterioration and ensure processing quality.
