The machine bed components are made of cast iron and processed with effective aging treatment, ensuring long-term grinding precision and stability. The tool disc spindle head adopts high-precision spindles and NSK (Japan) bearings, with a fit accuracy of approximately 0.01mm between the spindle and arbor fixture.

This model features self-developed control software using variable programming. Operators only need to input corresponding variable data and working parameters to start a fully automatic grinding cycle controlled by servo motors, making the operation extremely simple and practical.

The machine can grind the cutting edges of various circular blades such as upper knives, lower knives, slitting knives, bottom knives, and flat knives. It is suitable for industries including papermaking, printing, textiles, and fiber processing.
