1. Product Description

Welcome to use the WG350-I type gear shaper cutter grinder manufactured by Nanjing Weigao. The bed and components of this equipment are made of nodular cast iron in accordance with processing technology. Precision linear guides and ball screws are adopted for transmission parts, ensuring the grinding accuracy and long-term stable mechanical accuracy of the machine tool. It is equipped with Delta (Taiwan) control system and Schneider electrical appliances, maintaining stable equipment operation for a long time.

This machine is a special machine tool for sharpening the front cutting edges of disc-type gear shaper cutters, bowl-type gear shaper cutters and taper shank gear shaper cutters. The roughness and runout accuracy of the sharpened gear shaper cutter edges can reach the AA-level standard accuracy.

Customization is available according to customer requirements.

Special Note: The product must be connected to three-phase four-wire 380V/50HZ + neutral wire and must be grounded.
