Welcome to use the Model WG350-IIK2 CNC Slotting Cutter Grinding Machine manufactured by Nanjing Weigao. This model adopts a self-developed 2-axis CNC system with a Chinese interface. Servo motors control the entire grinding process. The machine program uses variable programming; operators only need to input corresponding variable data and working parameters to perform a fully automatic grinding cycle, making the operation extremely simple and practical.

This machine is a special-purpose machine for grinding the cutting edges of disc-shaped slotting cutters, cup-shaped slotting cutters, and taper-shank slotting cutters. The ground slotting cutters achieve AA-grade precision.

The WG350-IIK2 CNC Slotting Cutter Grinding Machine features: automatic grinding, automatic feeding, automatic wheel dressing, and automatic compensation. According to the set program, it dresses the grinding wheel at fixed intervals and quantities, ensuring the sharpness of the wheel and the surface roughness of the ground cutter face.
